Key Skills:
Application Developer with over 7 years of experience in large corporate environments
Expert knowledge in one or more no-code/low-code platforms: Neptune, Power Apps, AppSheet
Skilled in Full Stack Development: React, Node.js.
Experienced in a DevOps environment
Good knowledge of technical standards, policies and architecture
Strong skills in documentation
Leadership skills, ability to drive and mentor
Experienced in an Agile: Scrum, SAFe environment
Good communication skills, fully fluent in English – French nice to have
Key Tasks:
Setting technical standards and usage policies for the various application development tools sets.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of application solutions using no-code/low-code platforms including Neptune, Power Apps, and AppSheet, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, design patterns, and best practices for application development.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members/service providers, guiding them in best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality, performance, and security of application solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement strategies for customer enablement, software delivery, and continuous improvement.
