Key Skills:  

  • Application Developer with over 7 years of experience in large corporate environments

  • Expert knowledge in one or more no-code/low-code platforms: Neptune, Power Apps, AppSheet

  • Skilled in Full Stack Development: React, Node.js.

  • Experienced in a DevOps environment

  • Good knowledge of technical standards, policies and architecture

  • Strong skills in documentation

  • Leadership skills, ability to drive and mentor

  • Experienced in an Agile: Scrum, SAFe environment

  • Good communication skills, fully fluent in English – French nice to have

Key Tasks:

  • Setting technical standards and usage policies for the various application development tools sets.

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of application solutions using no-code/low-code platforms including Neptune, Power Apps, and AppSheet, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, design patterns, and best practices for application development.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members/service providers, guiding them in best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.

  • Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality, performance, and security of application solutions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement strategies for customer enablement, software delivery, and continuous improvement.
